I was born in Puglia, a warm region in the Southern Italy, 

the land of centuries-old olive trees.

I studied Architecture in Naples, where I learnt also how to stay near people.

In Florence I began my professional career and my family life.

I just arrived in Eindhoven from where I reborned as SandraPlacet.

I love to taste the good and beautiful things in life, slowly.

I find my inspirations from earth, food, as well as 

from the relationships and places where I’ve lived which I love.

From the love and passion I have for the genuine and

colourful Apulian cuisine, which is handmade with

local and raw materials, I learnt how to mix elements

for a tasteful design.
